Rock Band DLC Coming to Wii After All, Just Not As A Download.

5 05 2008

You all know how irritated I am at the choices Harmonix made with Rock Band on WiI. One of the biggest problems is the lack of DLC (downloadable content). Harmonix is looking to try to remedy this by releasing stand alone “Track Packs” at retail for 29.99 this July. Sure, more songs are great but how are we going to play them? will we have to swap discs? Will the install to the Wii’s Memory? While there are more questions than answers at this point, it’s nice to know that we wont be stuck with the default track list when the game is released this June. Hit the jump for the info as well as complete track list.

yeah thats cool i guess but what about when more songs come out for the 360 and ps3? for the wii version are you going to be forced to keep buying seperate softwares? i mean atleast they are trying to help but it is going to be annoying.
