ya know what, I like Sonic games. there – I said it.

call me a sucker, but I liked the platforming Sonics on the Genesis, I liked Chaotix on the 32X (yes…*sigh*… I owned that), I liked Sonic Adventure 1 & 2, I liked Shadow the Hedgehog, and I will probably like Sonic and the Secret Rings when I buy it someday for $9.99 (despite how horrible people say it is).

I’m very excited by Sonic Unleashed (though a little weary about the “werehog” parts).

and I am actually pretty psyched at the idea of Sonic and a big medieval sword. (gee, I wonder if this Wii exclusive title will involve swinging the Wiimote like a sword!?).

in my post-E3 funk, the Nintendo+Sonic thing is still pretty amazing when you think about it.

hahaha, I’m a Wii fanboy but that’s pretty hilarious.

I hope Nintendo takes note and avoids that dystopian future!!

of course, to be fair, Microsoft has already cornered the market on offensive verbal exchanges online. I highly doubt Animal Crossing will elicit that kind of behavior. I actually feel like Wii owners in general are less abrasive as gamers – it will be interesting to see how the online chatter for The Conduit goes.

and to be fair to WiiMusic …. I’m gonna not say anything at all.

but not nearly exciting enough to get me out of this post-E3 funk.

so far, this looks like a tier 3 title. =\
Zak & Wiki was awesome, but this looks considerably less polished – perhaps it’s just an early version?

Yeah, Cammie is very annoying. You can tell she doesn’t know about anything she’s describing when it comes to the Wii. I really just hate her being a part of any conference/interview. Putting that aside, wtf? Keep playing games you released 3-4 months ago respectively? Look to third parties? Nintendo has never relied on third parties, and I can’t see how they would do that now especially after their lack of progress with the NGC. Ratson is right on every front. I’ve been a hardcore Nintendo fan since the NES or even the Game & Watch units, and I’ve always defended their products. Especially to for the GC because it got a lot of crap. Nintendo owes us something more than “Play those other games we developed, we want to talk to your grandparents for a while and sell them something they don’t need or care about.”

i hope nintendo will see people’s reactions to Cammie and never let her speak much, or at all in public again.
she speaks down to us like we are all her kids.

during the conference, during Wii Sports Resort, and she was all like “This is the just the cutest game you have ever seen!” i was embarassed to be a nintendo fanboy, for the first time ever. and please, tell her to stop smiling. her smile is as scary and fake as hillary clinton’s smile
